Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have successfully downloaded our presets, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense—once downloaded, the files remain in your possession.
Exception: Damaged Files
We will provide a full refund only in cases where the digital files provided are corrupted, damaged, or technically defective, subject to the following conditions:

- If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be processed
What Does NOT Qualify for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Compatibility issues with older or unsupported software versions
- User error in installation or application of presets
- Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic results or style of presets
- Change of mind after purchase
- Technical difficulties with your own software or equipment
- Inability to achieve desired results due to image quality or shooting conditions
- Preference changes or style evolution
- Purchasing wrong preset pack – please review product descriptions carefully
